Big hero fix
In 2024 we launched the Big Hero Fix program at Sunningdale Primary. This is a group of courses that can build on one another, or be once-off standalone courses offered to learners at schools. Our first course is Dealing with Difficult People and has been completed by 420 learners.

Our first course tackes the problem of Dealing with Difficult people. We focus on three types of difficult people: Prickly, Bullies, and Controlling people. Using fun, practical examples and strategies, learners are equipped with useful and emotionally healthy ways to deal with challenging people.
training format
Our training is 75 minutes long and is presented in the classrooms. In this setting, learners can ask questions and engage.
