Dealing with Difficult people is an unfortunate but unavoidable part of everyone's life. Training into this area gives learners skills to tackle this challenge. 

With our Future Finder program we help learners discover who they are, their strengths and abilities. Using that information we assist them in practically investigating career environments and giving them tools to overcome the obstacles in achieving their goals. 

While schools focus on academic content, the actual skill of studying is not taught. Our Study Skills course has three levels to teach learners over a period of time how to develop and hone their study skills. 

Although there is no shortage of leadership material available, very little of it is relevant for school leaders. Our program involves learner leaders in their school to not just witness a culture shift within their school, but play an integral part in the process. And by doing so practically develop their own fledgling leadership skills. 

Our Culture Shifts programs main objective is value implementation, but built into the program is support for teachers. Healthy schools need healthy teachers. 

Although entrepreneurship has previously been seen as an alternative career in the past, it is becoming not only more popular but more necessary. Give your child the entrepreneurial edge through our Ethical Entrepreneurial course for Grade 7-12's. 

Although values programs are pushed by the Department of Education to move those values from posters to practice is a step too far for most schools. We bring a comprehensive, tried and tested program which can be implemented in any school. Once schools have completed the training and engaged in the program, reporting on their values program to the Department is a pleasure.
