
One of the biggest challenges that teachers face is managing clasrooms on a daily basis. Our course equips teachers to do this in a way that is practical and engaging. Our training focuses on 5 core value practices that will integrate with the schools existing values, but make them practical for both teachers and learners. The training challenges mindsets and encourages engagement. The training consists of three two hour sessions or one 5 hour session and a two hour session which can be done in the afternoon after school or on a Saturday.

In this training, we look at the different personalities on the team and how they can work together most effectively. What are the predictable challenges going to be, and how best to communicate with one another? Once the theory is covered, we facilitate intentional conversations in the teams where we ask two simple questions, "What does the team need from me" and "What do I need from the team". This training has proven to be hugely beneficial for both strong teams, and those who are struggling to work together. It works best after the Culture Shift classroom management course, but can also be run as a stand alone course for teams.

A fantastic add on after the Culture Shift Classroom Management training, is to do the Level up Leadership training with your school's prefects or RCL team. This training takes exactly the same value practices that are covered in the teachers training and makes them relevant for the prefect body. A great way to start the year, or to get the team focused in the middle of the year when things often start to drift.
