With such a wide variety of socioeconomic backgrounds in South Africa, Honey badger Equip puts a portion of our profit to trainings in under-resourced and vulnerable  areas. We work within communities where we partner with existing organisations and passionate staff and bring in our expertise to help create healthy school environments, guide learners with what to do after school as well as motivate and equip learners to start their own businesses and fight generational poverty. Honey Badger for Schools isn't an afterthought in our business model, it is the heart of how our business started and the fuel in our engine.  

We ran the Future Finder project with 70 matrics at the Mbekweni Youth Center and look forward to running it with the Grade 10's next year.  

In the third term of 2022 we ran an 11 week Hustle for Good program at Langabuya Primary. The learners and school did so well and managed to raise funds for their school. Their mindsets were changed with regards to money and that they can make money for themselves, no matter what their environment may look like.
